Installing SL on my laptop

Hi guys:
Recently i've decide to install SL on my laptop:
C2D T6600 FSB800
2Gb RAM - DDR2-800
video Intel GM965 ICH8Mf
Wifi atheros
ethernet realtek
(sd card, webcam, etc.)

So, i've tried with SL 10.6.6i and it stuck showing "installing, rest 12 min"
i've tried iatkos s3v2 also and it says that i got a complete installation but it doesn't boot at first time

Please guys, help me!
