Torrent Downloaded, How to burn From .rar

Hello Guys, I've already downloaded this

But as you can see it is a rar file. After extraction it goes me into another rar file and then to the third extraction inside of it there is no .iso to burn, there are just 129kb of files (the others are hidden I guess). How do I get the iso file from that. Please help me as fast as you can I am searching over the internet and find nothing.

I am going to use this tutorial to Install it. I don't really know and never used a Mac before...

Ok, so I used PowerIso and it worked. But when I started again the computer it was stucked on the black screen with the little red line in the left corner up, you know it. What should I do?

Later edit: I burned another DVD and it worked.. Anither problem anyways... But, close this topic, I will start another one. Thanks
