Chameleon RC5Pre7 r69 stuck at apple boot screen!

;) reet i manually added chemeleon rc5 version is in post title...

the problem is now it sits at the apple boot screen with no spinning wheel

-v at the sweat chameleon boot screen says
fatal error smething too fast to read
ssdt table not found anumber of times down the screen with .aml i think in the title..

i think i must of deleted something

wind 7 is pri partition
mac is disk0s5 with chameleon rc4 it booted fine before i put rc5 in place but now that i did it myself i must of deleted somethin and even rc4 wont boot it.

i did it myself because i got install failed all the time... before i get to the chameleon boot screen i get a load of Pci root text on screen and a message pops up under it all saying press any key to continue one of the device ids is my internal screen..

i have before i added rc5 made a 10.6.2 usb bootable image so i can b00t that and accsess the working 10.6.5 os thats on the hdd so that i can modd the files to fix it but dont know what to fix please help me !

device id 27ae
intel gma942 sys profiler says 950 but all device ids are 27ae !!! :roll:

The .aml means its just looking for a DSDT.aml file, if you dont have one it will say that, Dont worry thats normal

As far as everything else im not sure because i havent messed with that version yet, I will later this week when i get ahold of the Hazard 10.6.6 DVD

I remember a long time ago I tried what you did and it neevr worked for me it always stopped where yours is.

Maybe try Multibeast to re-install Chameleon RC5

i really dont think its the chameleon thats the problem i ll try the multi beast though just incase !!


btw i forgt to say that i added some kexts files before hand ill post back after i download multi best to the 10.6.2 usb stick that i made

solved install mac to partition 1 and install windows to partition 2 but install windows first then mac .

and make sure you get the right kexts files .
