hi guys i have snow leopard 6.3 used kakewalk usb to install it but my high def sound does not s o sound card found it says any advice guys thanx
retail snow leopard 10.6.3( to 10.6.4) and windows 7 dual boot

Do you know what audio chipset it is?
If you don't run lspci from OSX86Tools and post the line for the Audio Controller here so we can help ID it

I used with Leopard and I really enjoy it.
Try for your self . I did not have any sound card, I use it intel HDA build in. worked well with AppleAzalia kext.
