Hello I are a brand new Mac pleb please can any one help

I downloaded Snow_Leopard_10.6.1-10.6.2_SSE2_SSE3_Intel_AMD_by_Hazard
into windows 7 with winrar the size of the DL was 4,589 568 K but on extraction
it was only 132k consisting of 8 files

BOOTT0, 1K ;
BOOT01H, 1K, ;
BOOT01U, 7K ;
BOOTHELP.TXT 2 ;
CDBOOT, 58K ;
CHAIN0, 7K

where has the other 4.5 gig gone help
