can anyone help me please ?

OK i admit i'm a complete noob
but seriously, i've been looking for ways to install OsX on my laptop for last 10 days but could not install it (even i downloaded three files

in the mean time, i 've wasted tens of dvds and of course MY time...
I read a LOT of guides, comments, formus but did not understand anything, everyone tells something different...
So i think this is my last shot at it (i wish you ppl can help me)...

i have a dell laptop, INSIPIRON N4110 -
64 bit system with winodws 7 AND 8 running (yeah i installed it in frustration but i will remove if any of you insist)
4 GB Ram (source - Symbios, Manufacturer - Hynix/Hyundai)
Intel HD Graphic card (sigh ! yes, intel, everything's in my laptop is intel made)
Realtek High Defintion Audio Card
Dell motherboard (Product - 05TM8C, Bios - Dell, Bios version - A04)
Intel Core i5 processor @ 2.3 GHz
Communication (Realtek PCI FE Family and for wireless Intel Centrino N1030)
Hard Drive 500 GB
Optical Drive - HL DT ST DVD RW GT32N

This is all the info, n i think it' be enough if you want to know anything else please let me know

P.S. - I donot have DVD DL available in my area but i have normal DVDs and 8 GB pendrive

For DVD burning after you download the SL10.6.2 DVD iso burn it to a DVD but with 4x speed only.
Secondly please provide your machines full spec (as you can find it in mine) to get debugging done fast.
I think you have to do a little bit googling for your BIOS

Windows 7 build 7600 (64 bit)
motherboard manufacturer is dell and product is 05TM8C and BIOS version String is A04
Intel Core i5-2410M @ 2.3 GHz
4 GB Hynix Semiconductor (Hyundai Electronics) Ram, Source is SPD, Type is DDR3-SDRAM (1333 Hz)
500 Seagate Hard Drive @ 7200 RPM, Having 5 partitions - OEM, Recovery, Windows 7, Windows 8 and one 60 GB partition i have left for OsX
Optical Drive - HL DT ST DVD RW GT32N
Intel HD Graphic Card

And yeah i searched a lot about kernel panics and i have come to know that i am having PAGE DEFAULT, the "type 14=page fault" one kerenel panic (as explained on this page http://www.projectosx.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=870) but unfortunately i could not find the solution...
and yeah i didn't mention before BUT i tried the tweaking my BIOS... n i've tried all the flags i knew
-v -x cpus= busratio= arch= ?

since i do not have a AMD processor or NVIDIA card, so i was wondering can i even install leopard on my system ?

in my first post i pasted 3 links of the images i've downloaded if anyone can tell me how to install any one of them, i 'll be very grateful
