Snow Leopard works, a bit, on this laptop. The specifications are:

LCD: 15.6" at 1366x768

The suggested update process to 10.6.6 using the new Legacy kernel for nawcom does NOT work on - kernel will not load. I pray for a new 10.6.6 distro for AMD from Hazard (hint, hint - I'll pay for it!).

There doesn't seem to be support for the video card (ATI4250), although I think there is work being done on it (by nawcom I think) - graphics resolution can be forced at start up.

The Atheros WLAN card isn't being recognised - this is what I want to get working ASAP and will update when this is working.

Other than that, it's ... passable.
