Snow Leopard Client Server 10.6.2 SSE2/SSE3 Intel AMD

Well I gave this a shot following this guide

I used both the snow leopard client server 10.6.2 sse2/sse3 intel amd iso the 3ish gb and I used leopard 10.6.2 sse2/sse3 intel amd that is the 4.6ish iso gb

on the 4.6 gb iso I get the following panics

Hardware is
Cpu: AMD Athlon II x2 250 AM3 3.0 ghz Mulitpiler 15 bus speed 200
code name Regor revision DA-C2

mobo:770-C45(MS-7599) V1.1 chipset 770 SB700
LPCIO fintek F71889F

Memory 4 GB of DDR3 corsair part no# CM3X1024-1333C9

Sapphire readeon HD 4890 1 GB its a newer modle don't feel like pulling the card out to find out what one it is.

Not overly worried about getting the 4890 to work yet can tackle that later once I get a stable boot going.

One issue I have is in the guide there are a lot of customize options listed that I don't seem to have once I get to the customize menu
guide list stuff like
Realtek R1000
Ioatafamily sata fix
ioatafamily fix
ps2 apple
orange icon
and a whole lot more.

So any ideas? Most of the stuff I've found to fix the panic seems to be about updating and using restore or another mac to fix them.....
Also I'm a newbie when it comes to stuff, so fixes you have try and spell it out how I would go about using them maybe even use small words

NM got it running now even have Video card up and running.

Where can I download the DVD? could not find the link.... I went to the updates page but not sure if that it is only an update and not the final dvd to install could anybody please clarify where the link is
