I boot the CD, then I follow the instructions and when the apple logo is supposed to appear, it says something about that verification of my clock speed failed + that "Real-time clock could not be initialized"

Help?

Please be patience with me as I am new to all this.

I tried to run your BootCD but it doesn't work and load straight into the Windows OS even though I have set the 1st boot device to CDROM. While if I hit enter when it say "Boot from CD/DVD" it bring me to the Windows Boot Manager.

Just for your info, my PC is currently running:
Windows 7 64-bit
AMD Athlon 7750
4GB DDR2
Gigabyte M61PME-S2P Motherboard
Nvidia GeForce 9600GT
500GB HDD

Thank you for your reply.

I can boot from the DVD but it just automatically rebooted after loading a few seconds.

I am not able to choose ACHI in my bios setting.

Please advice.

The boot cd should work if you follow the instructions in the first post. If you follow it step by step, and are still having problems then this is a new one on me. You do need to do exactly what the first post tells you to do otherwise it could well boot into Windows :)

I do wish to dual boot with Windows. But can it be done? Or do I have to format the HDD and install OS X then Win 7?
